To Write Love On Her Arms Day

So today, this Friday the 13th, is To Write Love On Her Arms Day OR TWLOHA Day. I’ve been supporting this organization for 2 or 3 years now. TWLOHA is a non-profit movement dedicated to presenting hope and finding help for those struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury and suicide. TWLOHA exists to encourage, inform, inspire, and also to invest directly into treatment and recovery. It’s close to my heart for two reasons. One being I’ve known people, myself included, and I think this organization really helps and understands. Second, I love helping people and feel this is a great way. I encourage everyone to write the word love on their arms, wrists, hand…anywhere. It helps those who suffer know that there are people out their who understand and supports them.
